The course will cover legal issues related to Aboriginal peoples in both the criminal justice system and the family law systems.
The course will serve as a deeper dive into discrete family law topics and will enable students to develop a deeper understanding of the issues in this area of law.

An overview of key legal issues regarding familial relationships and family breakdown in Canadian society. Topics include cohabitation, marriage, separation, divorce, child custody and access, family violence, spousal and child support and property division.
Rory Churchill Henry
This course provides an overview of key legal issues regarding family relationships and the breakdown of those relationships in Canadian society.
